Full Name, Email Address, 10-Digit Phone Number, Employee Code, Assigned Branch, Profile Photo, and Identity Verification Proof (Aadhar Card).
Property Leads Data
Lead Contact Names, Mobile Numbers, Inquiry Location, Lead Status, Call Remarks, and Site Visit Preferences.
Device & Tokens
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens for real-time lead assignments, notification delivery, and device authentication session tokens.
3. Location & GPS Permissions Disclosures
Our mobile app requires access to high-accuracy GPS location services strictly for operational verification during active employee shifts:
- Geofenced Branch Check-In / Check-Out: GPS coordinates are validated against the assigned branch geofence boundary (e.g., 200m radius) to confirm physical attendance punch-in.
- Site Visit Attendance Verification: Captures location coordinates when an employee submits a completed property tour to verify customer site visit completion.
- Zero Background Tracking: Location coordinates are ONLY accessed at the exact moment an employee explicitly initiates a Check-In, Check-Out, or Site Visit action. No continuous background tracking is performed.
Strict Privacy Promise on Location Data
Location data is never sold, shared with advertising networks, or accessed outside explicit employee-initiated attendance and site visit validation requests.
4. How Data is Utilized
Collected data is processed exclusively for enterprise CRM operations:
- Automatic Round-Robin allocation of incoming Facebook & digital marketing leads to checked-in active employees.
- Calculating site visit distance allowances and processing verification badges for attendance logs.
- Delivering automated push notification reminders for scheduled follow-up calls and customer property tours.
- Preventing duplicate lead entries and maintaining audited lead history logs.
5. Data Security & Storage
We enforce robust security protocols to protect enterprise records against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse:
- All data transmissions between mobile clients and cloud servers are encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS HTTPS encryption.
- Passwords are cryptographically hashed using standard Bcrypt algorithms before database storage.
- Uploaded identity proof files and photos are stored on secured media servers with strictly authenticated access control.
